Quotation Validity
The online quotations provided by this website are subject to a vehicle being available as per the information entered into the online quote form.
To obtain a confirmed, valid quotation please send the ‘Check Availability’ form. We will confirm if a vehicle is available for the dates requested and confirm the rate details.
Reservation requests are also subject to a vehicle being available.
To place a reservation request please complete the ‘Send Reservation’ form and the ‘Secure Server Credit Card’ form for the reservation deposit. When we have established a vehicle is available as per the information provided the deposit amount will be collected and a confirmation email will be sent.
No charges will be made to any credit card until we ensure a vehicle is available.
At certain busy periods additional minimum hire periods and fees may be applied. If any of these should apply to any hire the full details will be provided by us in the confirmed, valid quotation.
Car Rentals
Online quotations for cars provided by this website are based on a hire from 8am on the day of pick-up to 4pm on the day of drop-off. If the hire varies from these times an adjustment to the quotation will be made when we confirm availability.
Online quotations for car rental are based on the rates for pick-up from city depots. Hires from airports attract a surcharge. Apply for airport rates by completing the 'Check Availability' form & request airport rates in the coments section. A quotation for airport rates will be sent to you.
